The Main Rule
The Games Table was created to provide a welcoming and fun space for everyone to enjoy tabletop games with their friends, family and even strangers. Therefore, the most important rule is to treat everyone with kindness and consideration.
Food and Drink from outside
As a venue that serves a selection of food and drink we require that no outside food or drink is consumed on site, the exception to this rule is water.
Sales Policy
The Games Table sells tabletop gaming products (and similar), events and experiences as well as food and drink for consumption both on and off the premises. The Games Table does not buy or sell preowned goods.
Purchases can be made by the customer using the legal tender of the UK and all forms of card payments accepted by our point of sale provider; Squareup. Minimum card payments may be in effect and these are again determined by our point of sale provider. Additionally points can be earned through purchasing in-store and these can also be used to make purchases.
Returns Policy
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 30 days and we will offer you an exchange, refund or a credit note.
